Havenwood Farms

Havenwood Farms is offering a true CSA membership with various levels this year. Each level will also include a discount to members. The membership level balance can be applied to any/all products listed on our order forms. We will keep a running balance for each member and will include a current balance sheet for each order form. To give an example, If Joe Smith joined as a silver member ($500 with 10% add), he would have a $550 credit. If he orders $100 worth of eggs, broilers and jelly in May/June, his balance sheet would look like this:

Each bi-monthly order form will need to be filled out by the member and sent back so we can apply it to your balance. There would be no need to send in a check with each order form. Members may order whatever they would like for the upcoming 2 months. As the balance draws to a close, a member may renew or switch over to the regular ordering with any leftover balance being applied to that membership level/order. In addition to savings, members’ orders will be filled first, with remaining orders filled while product supplies last.

In addition to our products that many of you are familiar with, we will be adding some new products this year. We are currently negotiating with a bread maker who bakes wood-fired brick-over bread. We have sampled some of his bread and will hopefully be able to co-ordinate with him to be able to put breads on our order forms. The jams and jellies will be expanded this year, as some new flavors will be available. Cheeses will be added to the order forms this year as they become of age and are available.

Regular ordering as we have done in the past (no membership) is still available. We understand that for some it is just easier to order when needed. There is no obligation to join.

If you would like to join as a member, please print our membership form, fill it out and mail it with a check for the level you choose. Memberships will be applied at the start of our Spring/Summer Season, which begins with the May/June order form.
