Our Cows
We started our cow herd in 2009, purchasing three Brown Swiss dairy cows to begin our grass-fed, raw-milk aged cheese operation. We are currently learning and perfecting our cheese making skills and hope to be able to offer our cheeses by the summer of 2010. Some of the flavors we are working on include cheddar, Swiss, blue cheese, farm cheese and Asiago. Our cows are only fed hays and grass. No grain is given.
